We'd love your feedback on our Holocaust Remembrance program. Please take this short survey after the program.
NATE LEIPCIGER was born in Chorzow, Poland, in 1928. Forced to leave their home when the Germans invaded Poland, the Leipciger family moved into the Sosnowiec Ghetto. By the time he was 15, Nate's family had been transferred to Auschwitz, where his mother and sister were murdered. With his father watching over him and saving his life several times, they were incarcerated at multiple different concentration camps before being liberated at Muhldorf, a subcamp of Dachau.
