Kids for Kids

KIDS FOR KIDS helps children the world has forgotten - children in Darfur, Sudan, who live lives of inexcusable and unimaginable hardship. Their key project "Goat Loan," provides milk for the children and a livelihood for mothers as the little flock grows. After two years, offspring of the goats are passed on to another family, and so on. The organization empowers local people, training them to run the projects for themselves and their community, so they can raise their families out of poverty long-term and give their children hope of a better future.
